Give me a problem, I'll give you a product.

Technical product founder, based in London. I design, build and grow products myself, from first sketch to the app stores. When shipping solo got slow, I built an AI pipeline to accelerate my route to positive outcomes.

Product 01 — Live on iOS & Android

TripsTogether: The app that gets your trips out of the group chat.

Every group knows the feeling of going back and forth in the chat, only for the trip plan to never make it out. It annoyed me enough that I went travelling solo and started building the fix on the road: a planner where the group actually decides, then books the trip in the same app.

An agent team plans the trip

Trip requirements go to a crew of AI agents (orchestrated with CrewAI) that come back with trip options the group can actually vote on.

AI chat with real tools

The in-app assistant knows your group and your trip. It can pull live from our APIs straight into the conversation, and drop them on a map.

One-stop searching

I sourced and integrated the partnerships myself: Kiwi, Viator, Trip.com, Tripadvisor, Hostelworld, Airalo. Find flights, stays and activities without leaving the app.

Revenue from day one

Affiliate partnerships secured before launch and subscriptions plus one-off purchases layered in later.

Product 02 — In private beta

StakeIQ: know if you're actually up.

My mates track horse-racing bets in spreadsheets and still can't tell you if they're up or down. StakeIQ photographs any bet slip, paper or screenshot. Vision AI and OCR pull out the stake and odds, and the app shows the numbers bookmakers would rather you didn't see.

Photograph the slip, done

Vision AI and OCR read crumpled paper slips as happily as cropped screenshots, then hand back structured bets to confirm.

The numbers bookmakers hide

True profit and loss, ROI and win rate across every bet, not the selective memory of last Saturday's winner.

Homework first

There are no public bookmaker APIs. I mapped what was actually buildable, and how to stay the right side of the rules, before writing any code.

How I ship — Sprint & Ship

I ship like a team because I built one out of agents.

Sprint & Ship is the delivery system I built for myself: ticket planning, sprint orchestration, sprint execution, deployment and post deployment tracking, all in one agentic system that moves me to positive outcomes, faster.

01

Ticketing

I spec tickets, written with enough context for an agent to research the code base and plan.

02

Review and Orchestration

I manually review the ticket plans, and add them to a sprint to define the next batch of work.

03

Sprint planning

Claude Code agents turn the sprint in to an ordered plan to write and ship each ticket as efficiently as possible.

04

Agent execution

Agents write the code and tests. I review everything and make the hard calls.

05

Deploy

PRs, checks, ship. Small changes, always releasable.

06

Verify

Tracking shows whether each change moved a number. If it didn't, it gets rolled back.

Track record

Six years of owning outcomes.

No degree, no grad scheme. I skipped the queue and went straight to work. In every role below there was a number that had to go up, and it was mine.

Product direction and US/UK pricing strategy for a telephony startup, working the sales–product loop. Full marketing funnels for agency clients, from lead capture to conversion.

Tenancy360

Sales, Product & Partnerships Lead

First commercial hire in a team of five; I was writing code by day two. Grew the client base from 5 to 150+ and turned discovery calls into the product roadmap. Helped lead the move to Open Banking so credit and rental decisions ran automatically.

2024

Product & Sales Lead

Built a new product end to end within Tenancy360. Brought legal in early so compliance shaped the product instead of blocking it, then set the pricing and sold it myself.

2020 – 25

Press Property

Founder

Founded a property business and moved it into Airbnb management. Automated the marketing, bookings and guest messages, then built a guest guidebook so people would stop asking where the bins go.

Travel

28 countries, multiple solo trips, always with the loosest possible plan. Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania ticked off so far.

1

Classic cars

I've got a big passion for classic cars, having restored a VW campervan with my dad and worked on plenty of others since. I love going to classic car events, and the feeling of driving something old.

Sport

I'm interested in most sports, mainly rugby, F1 and cricket. I captained rugby sides when I was younger and still play socially, having played in five different countries now.
